There is an extract also from a presentation to an IIA/Marketing Institute conference by Shauneen Armstrong of the Irish Labour Party and whose alter-ego online is Red Mum. In the podcast there is also an interview with Aine Matthews, an attorney with intellectual property consultants LK Shields. In the interview Aine gives many concrete examples of how companies can get it right and wrong when it comes to protecting their brand property.
